- MBBS (Gold Medalist) from Dayanand Medical College, Ludhiana in 1983.
- MS in Orthopedics from Dayanand Medical College, Ludhiana in 1987.

- 1988-1993: Started career as a consultant Orthopedic surgeon at Saket Institute Of Orthopedics and Rehabilitation, Chandimandir.
- 1993-2010: Started own private practice as orthopedic & joint replacement surgeon in 1993 at Bone & Joint Surgical Centre, NAC Manimajra and continued till 2010.
- 2010-2019: Started 30 bedded orthopedic hospital in Sector 14 Panchkula with the name Raffles Hospital and continued till 2019 as director.
- 2020-2024 August: Joined Paras Hospital in Jan 2020 as Director, Orthopedics & Joint Replacement Surgery and in seven months promoted to position of Chairman, Orthopedics & Joint Replacement Surgery.
- Presently Chairman, Orthopedics & Joint replacement surgery at Shalby Multispeciality Hospital at Mohali.
